More and more Americans are relying on food stamps these days - as many as 10% of Americans according to http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20090403/us_nm/us_hunger_usa. I think this 1 in 10 statistic is a little conservative. I'm sure that number could easily be higher. Your thoughts?

Americans on Food Stamps
Posted by Data Babble | 10:10 AM | americans, Food, food stamps | 0 comments »The key to good guacamole is keeping it fresh. Use a little bit of acid like lemon juice to keep the vibrant green color. I've never had much luck with the season packets - always tend to give the dip a bitter flavor. Keep it simple, eat it soon after making. Here's a recipe. Add a bit of sour cream to really make it creamy.
Interesting concept, but seems a bit too pricey for the average family!
$4 per individual serving...
