Natalie Cole is seeking a donor kidney to avoid lifelong dialysis after suffering from kidney failure. Many fans have stepped forward to offer their kidneys. What compels people to help the famous? Would these same people donate their kidneys to a stranger in order to help their fellow man (or woman)? Ideas?
