Apparently, stress can make it difficult for people to lose weight. So if your stress is related to your weight, I think you could be in a tough spot. I think stress isn't well understood by doctors and causes many health problems. Sometimes it's even difficult to know when you're stressed. In our fast paced society, it's often difficult to realize we are stressed.
