In an effort to increase income for children's health care, many smokers will be paying an additional 62 cents per cigarette pack starting this wednesday. I think this is all just an effort to get people to stop smoking. I don't smoke, I dislike smoke very much so this tax will not affect me. I am all for helping childen though! What are your thoughts? Do you smoke, how will this affect your habit?
