Prison inmates in Brazil have devised a way to smuggle cell phones into prison by attaching the phones to carrier pigeons.  I wonder where/how they charge the phones once they have them.  Or are they a one time use type of thing?  Maybe they send the phones back on the pigeons to be charged?
