Interesting to note that Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was written in the year 1865 by English author Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll.
One of the early 1865 first edition's sold at auction for $1.5 million becoming the most expensive children's book ever traded.
